Disgusting service at Pedro's chicken Trade Route Mall

Disgusting service. We placed a phone and app order to avoid ques. When we get there they say please stand in a que to pay. Why are more tills not open. Also the chips smelled like fish and tasted funny. Everyday early morning order they do not have burger rolls this is for a week now. Today I phoned to place order they tell me sir can i call you back to confirm if we have burger rolls i mean seriously at 10:45am and you wana confirm. When they opened 1st in lenasia service was excellent. Now your customers are fixed so service drops. They need to up their game if they wana survive in lenasia. Competition is tough and they loosing the race!
