Disgusting service

I thought I would give Pedros Ormonde a second chance, but that was a mistake. I placed an order at 13:06 and it arrived at 15:07. I placed an order for a full chicken meal. The chips are disgusting because they are cold, they delivered a Fanta instead of coke Zero, 2 rolls instead of 4 and the rolls were supposed to be garlic. The rolls are also wrong. They now want to send me another order instead of giving me my money back. I wonder how long this delivery is going to take.
