Disgusting service

I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the service my family and I got from the phoenix plaza branch we waited over 2 hours for a order and was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes when we called the employees at the store at no care in the world with out taking our information kept say the food is comin and either cut the call on us or transferred to the call center they out right refused to speak with us or giv any answers absolutely disgusting and I will be leaving a really nasty review on the Google page as well as this is not the 1st tym my family was made to wait and feel like we where begging for our supper that we where clearly paying for I had to end up buying supper from else where due to this pathetic level of service
