Waiting 3 hours for an order that was never delivered Manager on shift and Kevin senior manager can't assist me cz apparently when you order directly on pedros app they outsource delivery to 3rd party company. So my food was ****** my total paid in full. No food. Kevin the manager needs authorization to give me a refund, I didn't even ask for the refund I just wanted the food as it's already 7:30pm and we haven't cooked. Family members birthday I have egg on my face totally embarrassed having a family looking at me like I'm ***********. Disgusting pathetic service
