Disgusting customer service

I've had bad experiences twice in a row from Pedro's, but the Emmarentia one takes the cup for bad service and ********,crude staff. I ordered 3× rice and chicken strips from Emmarentia and the 2 orders were fine but the third one was disgusting cos they gave me rice and vegetable patty like who does that???. The worst part was when I called the store to find out what went wrong and I was assisted by Gift and Sakhile who were shockingly rude and not helpful at all and they weren't apologetic whatsoever to my surprise.they failed to rectify the situation and they were not humble about it. I will never let you guys disrespect me and the business I've been giving you please rectify this Pronto!!!!!!!!
