Disgusting behaviour and customer service

I ordered a viva meal and five chicken and strips meals. The order came with old off chicken, burnt rolls and stale chips. The strip meals literally had three small strips in no sauce. I phoned the call center and the store. The store manager was rude and unprofessional. Promised to get back to me after asking me to keep the meal ready so they can collect it but never came. I ended up phoning after them day after day and no response!!! They are rude, and unprofessional. Worst experience ever. They were quick to take my money but no proper service.
