Disgusted at staff - Nomfundi and Nthabiseng

Pedros Liberty Promenade. I am utterly disgusted at the two ladies closing the doors at 20h43 right this evening 7 Jan 2023. I am currently standing outside at the shutters and writing this review, there are so many people still inside. The business hours stipulates that closing is at 21h00. The food is simply delicious but this is terrible customer service. The lady trying to get customers out her name is Nomfundi and the lady closing the shutter her name was Nthabiseng. I too work in retail where we do not close our doors until our customers are all serviced. This branch is disgusting. Not the way to treat your guests. I will be waiting to hear from your management.
