Disgusted and Disappointed

I am absolutely disgusting at Sizwe the Managers attitude at Westgate mall he showed no remorse whatsoever to my complaint... This is honestly disappointing and unfair. I bought a viva meal at Westgate mall, the chicken was literally boiled and had sauce only and had a missing piece of chicken. We called several times but no answer we called the 4th time then layed our complaint then the manger Sizwe said we should come get our chicken with a small packet of chips, he really wasn't bothered about were we were from....I am so disappointed at service we got.
