Disappointment is an understatement - Shut Down Pedro's Bluff

Pedros Bluff is one store I wish could close down, they are occupying spaces with their pathetic service, I have had numerous encounters with them where they just do not deliver. Today I placed an order at 17:45 directly on the Pedro's app, the order was accepted and my money was taken for delivery as well and on the app it stated that my order will be delivered at 18:11, when we called at around 18:40 to check what's happening we were told that there were no drivers and we were asked for our contact number and that as soon as a driver gets in they would call us, 15 to 20 minutes went by and still no call, we had to call back and the same sad sob story they gave us about a driver, we then asked them if we had to fetch our food on our own what would happen to our delivery fee and lady stated that we would need to sort that out with Mr D, however this wasn't even placed with Mr D. After trying to explain to the *********** women she advised that we must come fetch our meal and they would refund the delivery. Only for my husband to pitch up there and they give him ****, of which he had he let them have it due to us being inconvenienced, if that was not enough they tried to ask him what he wanted in place of our delivery money and he demanded our money back. However in saying this there were other people in the store whom I'm sure would have just assumed my husband was being unreasonable, but I would like to notify people that if you are ever purchasing from Pedro's Bluff again, please think twice...I have watched on one occasion where the lady in the kitchen dropped a families meal from the warmers on the floor with things falling out the bag and all that was done was picked up and put back in the bag to go to that family whom mind you is paying for that meal...the staff are pathetic as if they are doing you a favour, the manager obviously has no control of his store and really if I could get more people to share their experiences it would make it easier to prove why this useless store should not be there.
