Extremely disappointing service at Pedros Vryburg

I placed my wings order (***) through the Pedros app 10 minutes before arriving at the store, expecting the order to be prepared by the time I got there. Instead, I was made to wait for another 40 minutes in-store, only to be told that they had apparently lost my order.

The attitude from the staff was absolutely ****ty. There was no urgency, no proper communication and no genuine effort to resolve the situation.

When I eventually received my wings, they were barely grilled, they had been grilled for less than 2 minutes. This was not the quality of food I paid for.

I then requested a refund, but the staff blatantly refused to refund me and instead forced me to accept food I was unhappy with.

I am extremely unhappy with the ****ty service and the way this situation was handled. Ordering through the app should make the process easier, not result in my order being lost and me being left waiting for 40 minutes.
