DISAPPOINTING PEDROS!!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! I went to Pedro's Chicken Empangeni (Sanlam Centre) yesterday 26/10/24 to purchase the promotional competition Viva Meal..I stood in a queue for over 30min and once I got to the front to make my order, I was told that there is no rolls...I then asked for a substitute of fried chips in place of the rolls and they responded "NO"...I then asked for salad as a substitute and they responded "NO"...I then settled and asked for the meal without the rolls or any subistute and received a response with attitude "we are not selling the Viva Meal, so you can choose something else"..once this message was over heard by other customers, the queue quickly evaporated. I was shocked,disgusted and blown away,that such service can given by Pedro's especially when I can see the replenishment vehicle just over my shoulder parked outside offloading and took such staff employed really questions the management.. Sad to say I walked out and went to then next fast food franchise and purchased a meal for my family. I have always been a Pedro's customer,love their food and have said that they are way better in money for value and have great tasting food.. actually better than some places I will not mention but after this visit...I don't think much of Pedro's anymore.
