Disappointing Experience with Recent Food Order

I am writing to express my disappointment with the food I purchased from your Grassy Park branch yesterday. I ordered quarter chicken with chips and paella, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

When I arrived home, I discovered that the chicken was dry and lacked the hot sauce I had requested. Additionally, there were no chips included in the order. The paella was cold, and the rice was soggy. Overall, the quality of the food was very disappointing, and I feel that my money was wasted. I called them and no one answered the call.

I want to be reimbursed or I will go to your CEO!!

I would appreciate it if you could address this issue and provide a resolution.
