Disappointing Experience - Pedros Norwood

I wanted to share some feedback about the service I received at your store today.

I came in to order a takeaway—2 burgers and 1 Jalapeño Fries—but the experience was really disappointing. The person who served me, seemed annoyed we were there, was quite rude, and didn’t make any effort to provide good service.

We specifically asked for no tomato in our burgers, but both were served with tomato anyway. I also asked for the chicken to be removed from the fries. I know it normally comes with chicken, but since it’s placed on top, I thought it would be easy to leave off as I was buying i for someone who preferred to just have the jalepeno fries minus the chicken. Instead of simply letting me know if it wasn’t possible, she sighed, rolled her eyes, clicked her tongue and then still gave us fries with chicken on top.

I wasn’t asking for anything extra or a discount—just the fries without chicken. We came in with a smile and a friendly “hello,” so it felt really disappointing to get this kind of response and service in return.

I also ordered a side order of plain fries which I paid for but did not receive.

My family and I are regular Pedro eaters, but after today that will surely change.
