Disappointing Experience at Pedros Ontdekkers DT

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the meal I purchased from your drive-thru on 30 August. Unfortunately, the chicken I received was extremely dry and burnt. On top of that, I was charged for extra sauce, yet the chicken had no sauce at all.

I tried eating the chicken, but it was not edible, and even when I attempted again the following day, the quality was worse — I eventually had to throw it away. This was very disappointing, and I feel like I wasted my money.

This experience has left me highly dissatisfied, and I will not be purchasing from your branch again. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.
