Disappointing Chicken Quality at Pedros Bonaero Park, Kempton Park

I purchased a Mega Meal from Pedros Bonaero Park on the 17 May 2025 and was quite disappointed with the quality of the meal. This has been going on for some time now. The chicken appeared to be boiled and then simply covered with sauce, lacking the signature grilled flavor and texture I’ve come to expect from Pedros.

In comparison, the meals I’ve had at Pedros Lifestyle Centurion have consistently been grilled and cooked to perfection — juicy, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. The sever difference in quality between the two locations is extremely concerning.

I request Pedros Chicken to look into the standards at the Bonaero Park branch and advise whether their chicken is up to Pedros standard. Consistency in quality is key to maintaining customer trust and loyalty, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.
