Disappointed with the food

I purchased 2 chillies cheese bomb burger from Pedro's at the Phoenix Plaza. Today 9 October We received the order on time however the chicken was raw and rubbery. It tasted so awful that my kids had to throw it away. I'm so disappointed at this as it was such a waste of money .I will not purchase from Pedro's again.

Really upsetting especially when your kids are eagerly awaiting their meal.
