Disappointed with Pedros.

Previously called the Lakefield store to place an order, when my husband arrived to pick it up, no order was prepared, and no one took accountability for it, then that order came with not even a serviette or condiments. Today ordered extra hot chicken, total waste of money, it’s wasn’t hot at all, let alone spiced, again not even a serviette, is this normal practice?
