Disappointed in rude and dry food

Highly disgusted of the owner of pedros woodstock Feroza, she has no customer ethics in her!😡You know her people working under her has better customer relations with customers and I truly applau these workers, blessings, charity thanks for always keeping your customers happy even though having such pathetic rude bosses! So i order @6:09 pm i take sometime and only leave my house @ 6:40 as i came into store i made payment and received my receipt i went to the side for collection my food was not ready have said to her ive now been waiting 45 min her rudely response "would u want a refund! With a attitude" a lady next to me says that's not how u speak to customers with her listening in on the conversation. She comes and says im angry enough with a tone of ratings 10 and i reply u have no customer ethics in you! Eventually i received the food i always double check because i ask for extra basting amd sprinkles and like my chicken juicy and saucy and so does my family so i don't mind paying the extra BUT DON'T ALSO ROB INNOCENT CUSTOMERS, CUSTOMERS WHOM SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS FOR IT TO GROW! BY NOT ADDING THE EXTRA SAUCE ITS ANOTHER P.SS OFF TO ME. I CAN SHOW ALL PICS PHONE CALL TO HOW THE SAUCE LOOKED CHIPS ABIT BURNT but thats not the point its not her 1st time nd im tired of her attitude she doesn't deserve to be in a shop which she feel is hers and thinks she is speaking to her household. Whatever anger she has she aint fit for a store people we're getting upset but ill stand up to whats right why didn't they say over the call it would take a hour im sure they were not authorized to do so!! Because the people in her store charity, Blessings, Zanele etc her worker's are amazing and thats because they've been there before Feroza them took over The shop im disgusted and especially by owners!
