Disappointed in Pedro's Phoenix Plaza

If I could give a zero star rating I would. The branch in Phoenix Plaza is pathetic, there's never any seats and if ever we were lucky to get a place the food is served late and cold and very small portions. Yesterday my wife and I were in Phoenix so we wanted to get 2 chicken paella takeaways.. They couldn't even give us that... They said there was NO RICE! We will never go there ever again,
