Disappointed from bad service

I'm very disappointed from the service I got from pedros .I brought a happy meal and the chicken was Burnet . Than I informed them about the chicken . They asked for my contact details only to say I can get extra sources as a apology from them . I will never buy from pedros I'm so disappointed. As if like I can't afford to buy a source myself. Their employees are not well trained how can u pack a Burnet chicken for a customer. The company itself doesn't value customer even the choice I guess .
