Disappointed customer

On Monday 25th September, My colleagues and I ordered at Pedro's chicken in Gateway. When delivery was made we did not get the full order instead we got 1 quarter chicken with chips and 1 opened roll instead of receiving 2 quarter chickens and chips with roll, as well as 1 large fried chips with chicken wrap. We tried calling the delivery guy and all we got was a rude response meanwhile we were charged a full amount.
