Disappointed customer

Im so disappointed in pedros, so I ordered at Phillipi junction online and my order was accepted and I paid via eft. So when I traveled from gugulethu to Phillipi. Only to get to the store they told me they closed and they never received any order whereas they have accepted my order and deducted from my account. I'm so disappointed from pedros as I'm a loyal customer and have been supporting pedros.
