Disappointed Customer!

I bought a full chicken from Pedro's in Kwamashu, the drive thru service was awful. I had to call them to ask what's going on.. The people who were serving us couldn't be bothered that we are unhappy about the service. When we finally got our food, it was burnt, dry and rock hard. I've taken pictures of the meat. I can forward it ya'll at anytime. Please contact asap cause I'm seriously not happy
