Disappointed Client

It is very upsetting to type out an email like this, since I am a loyal and regular customer – I went into your store at Durban North, today after 11am with my partner to purchase lunch because we enjoy the service and the food.

Today 21/11/2025 - I ordered two quarter chicken paellas.

I was told that there were no breast pieces only legs – so I said Ok – waited for a while – then decided to order ice cream went out the store ate the ice cream and came back my order was still not ready to my surprise -many customers came in after me ordered and got their orders and left as I stood there waiting patiently for my order only to notice the staff taking out two meals to two gentlemen outside they were sit in Clients – The gentlemen had ordered exactly what I had ordered however their meals were breast pieces – I was so upset mentioned it to the lady that served me my order – My partner and I were quiet hungry and looking forward to eat Pedros as it is both our favourite meals.
