Disappointed client

Bought a 1/4 chicken ( mild source) , fries and chips for a friend .I was given the wrong sprinked, so dry , dry . My friend sent a picture and I tried to contact this particular outlet and the phones were not going through. I later went to the shop ,spoke to the manager and I got was where is the chicken so we can exchange it which I am cool with but it was so disappointing. I mean I couldn't go earlier as my lunch break was finished.
