Disappointed at Pedro's Chris Hani Crossing

Yesterday around 5:30pm I called to place an order at Pedro's Chris Hani Crossing and I was told that wraps which I wanted were finished, I proceeded to order something else and after 30 minutes I arrived to collect my order however it was not done because they were out of chips and I had to wait for chips. As I was waiting someone next to me order wraps and they were told wraps were available to my surprise. The stuff there were arguing about who needs to cover which department and everyone kept on saying the taking out department wasn't their department meaning they were short of staff. This other lady Zanele was very rude when talking and calling out order, I received my order at exactly 6:30pm mind you I order on the phone at 5:30pm. They kept on taking orders but almost everything the customers wanted wasn't there and the line was long. Manager nowhere to be found. The staff honestly cannot work under pressure. Very very much disappointed
