Disappointed

I purchased a full chicken meal today from Pedro's, which I wanted extra hot as the person I ordered it for has covid and wanted to eat something really hot because of the no taste symptom. Upon arriving home I see that they had given me a full mild chicken which was of no use. The person was not albe to eat it. This is really frustrating as well spent alot of money on this and I'm really disappointed with the service I received. This is unacceptable. I wait for a response.
