Disappointed

I placed a order on Uber Eats from Pedro's Chicken Pan Africa, the order was placed at 10:40am and I received the order at 13:08pm. 3 different Uber drivers had to cancel because the order was not completed. I then phoned the restaurant, they dropped the call twice. On the finally call they advise they could not find the order and only started preparing it after 12pm. They then added a chips as an apology. I'm disappointed and will not be ordering from there again
