Disappointed

I'm so very disappointed with petros Centurion mall where by last night in the evening time around 18:30 I've called and placed an order since I was around the mall when I went there to collect my order 1 told me that it's 7 we've already cashed up don't you know the closing time? And we never received any call we don't have any orders here...and it's the second time they do that the last time I did order when it's time to collect they told me that they've sold my order only chips left 4 me.if this is how the business runs and how you train your stuff I'm soooo disappointed after all we still customers we bring something to the Table😞 💔
