Dirty and rude service

Ordered Paella Full chicken - HOT on 26 November at Pedros in Quagga Centre, Pretoria West. I received the Lemon & Herb instead, I immediately alerted Brenda, the lady who was giving out the orders. She took my order to the chefs and they poured the HOT sauce on top of the Lemon & Herb chicken, what she didn’t know was that I was looking at them and could actually see what their doing at the kitchen. When she brought it, I then told her that she didn’t change my order but they just poured the sauce on top. She denied it at, I told her that I need what I ordered please - she rudely and boldly said to me that I will be the last person to be served if I want my correct order. I then spoke to the manager Mokgadi, who spoke to her and she brought my order which was Ice cold rice. Upon arrival at home, I realised that it was the same Lemon & Herb chicken covered in HOT sauce again but this time with ICE cold rice that just came out of their freezer.
