Detergent smelling wrap!

It's been more than 48 hours after complaining to them about my terrible experience on their website and they still have not responded. I bought a wrap from through Uber eats and from the first bite of the wrap there was a detergent smell. I removed the lettuce and thought maybe its just my taste buds and proceeded to eat until I took a big bite which I completely failed to chew because now the detergent smell was strong and very distinct (It smelled like bleach). A colleague of mine walked in to my office and I asked her to take a bite and tell me what she thinks and she just said "bleach".
