delivery taking more than 2 hours

what a worst service ever I received from Pedros East rand mall today. I normally order online and collect my foods there , so today I decided to try their delivery service as I was busy at work, my Lunch starts at 13:00 and ends at 14:00 , so I placed my order at 12:44 thinking maybe by 13:30 I would have received it , I kept calling the store about my order status , when another cashier promised me that when the driver returns I am the 1st on the list of deliveries, guess what my order just came now at 15:20 imagine , i am so ****ed with the organisation as I work 5 minutes from pedros but my order took more than 2 hours . hope you are happy that I didn,t eat lunch today because of your poor business conduct, rather cancel delivery if you can,t keep up, you can,t stood peoples like this, or shall we order prior day before.....its an ask
