Deliberate wrong instruction

You know how sickening and tiring to make request for something you pay for and end up getting the opposite. Last night 31/06 around 19:14 i went to Protea gardens store I order 1/4 chicken and rice and I humbly request lemon and herbs because the food is going to be eaten by mother and 4 year old and I even to the cashier to please make sure, yes the receipt was correct and when I collected the order I asked the lady who is giving me the food to check if it's lemon and herbs and she says sure it is. An hour after dropping off the food at babies home I get the call that the meat is hot, my boy had to eat noodles and the lady who dispatched the food **** to me with a straight face. I'm not happy with this branch though I haven't been to the other one before and I've had several complaints about their service to their customer service department. I can't drive to the other area to buy or should I stop buying from them?
