DAVEYTON MALL PEDRO'S
My girlfriend and I couldn't believe the disrespect we encountered from a waitress by the Name of Mpho. We opted to sit at the booth because I have a disability (they are more comfortable for me) but one wasn't available and so we sat at the table until one was open. We rushed to secure it befor it was cleared out and understood there would be someone coming to clean it. The lady rudely told us to move our slip and she started spraying sanatizer towards our faces. This really felt unnecessary. She could've easily sprayed it on the cloth and used that to wipe the table but because she has an attude... She had an attitude the whole time.She didn't even apologise for getting it in our eyes.

He apologised on the waitress' behalf and mentioned there would be further training, befor she is moved to a different branch. I pitty that branch. I suggested an emphasis on attitude this time. I hope for the company's sake she was just having a bad day.
I recall that besides the incident with Mpho, I had a rather pleasant experience with the lady at the till. Very well trained, friendly, and knew her stuff. She tried to upsell us on everything and even suggested that even though you guys don't have dessert, it's something that the company is working on. Pretty impressive. She represents your company very well. I wish I noted her name. If the reference I mentioned helps in identifying her, I ask that she receives some form of praise for this. Her service was so good, we decided to give her a tip.
