Customer Complaint

I am a customer surved at Pedros Randfontein and I am writing this complaint with great disappointment. Yesterday 22/08/3023, at around 16:30-16:50 I went to buy food as takeaway at Pedros and everything went well until when I was on my way back home. I was so embarrassed and disappointed when the paper back got damaged out of the blue and my food fell on the floor. Those paper bags are not strong to carry food. My food fell off on the street and could not eat food from the floor. Please find the attached pictures of this misfortune. I look forward to a reasonable and considerate resolution in no time as I did not get the value for my money. Kind Regards
