Covid time- Food arrived 2 hours late and poorly packed Spilled in warming bag Too much sauce

My name is Fikile 8 January was my daughter's Birthday I ordered a chicken meal from Uber eats which not only came 2 hours later but came with Sauce and meat Spilled in the Bag and when I complained I was told to complain to Uber eats

Sent the food back They repacked the same chicken that Spilled and gave it back to me still spilling again and this time it was 3and half hours later....... 3 days later I received a call from a guy who was not interested in an apology for the way the packaged the meal for it to spill in the Bag but He was interested in Fighting with me and Explaining about me getting a refund from Uber eats

I will get a refund from Uber eats that's not a Problem but Pedro's Plaza is responsible for proper packaging of the meal that Spoilt my Daughter's Birthday of which He doesn't see important....
