Constant incorrect orders at Pedros Cape Road

I had on two occasions received incorrect orders from Pedros Cape Road - Gqeberha. I am strictly vegetarian and have been all my life for health reasons . On both occasions I had received chicken instead of the ordered vegetterian meal. I then immediately contacted the restaurant via *** and WhatsApped the store manager and included the receipt and my meals . I have not received any response nor any level of accountability or remorse. Beyond these occasions having the potential to cause health consequences, there is a financial implication suffered which the business disregards. On the first occasion, I received a apology and I gave them the benefit of the doubt but the fact that this has reoccurred and there's been no mention of any course of action as to prevent this from occurring again has left me with no faith . Businesses need to be accountable and show a level of remorse to paying customers.
