Complaint Regarding Poor Quality of Meals

I ordered two Chicken Specials, the burger and the wrap at East Rand Mall on Saturday and unfortunately, the quality of the meals was extremely disappointing. Both items were very dry, with no sauce on the chicken, burger, or wrap. Additionally, no salt or sauces were provided with the meals, and the food was served cold. This experience was far below the standard I expected, and I was very disappointed overall. Based on this, I am hesitant to return to Pedro’s in the future.
