Complaining about missing pieces.

Hi I'm not happy with the service I got from Pedro's,I bought two meals from Pedro's which both were 1/4 meals breast portions,I got a shock of my life when I opened them and realized that they were tempered with,the drumstick part that attaches to the winglet and the breast was removed on both meals and the chips i could count them to less than ten,I took pictures and reported the matter to Mr delivery as it was a take away that I bought through them,the first encounter I had was with Sizwe who promised to look into the matter and get back to me,the second encounter I got a message from Mary-Lisa who arrogantly sent a message saying my order matches what I ordered and they can not help me further,I don't deny that I ordered that but they pulled out pieces of meat in my meal and that's unhygienic and disgusting,I would really like to get a feed back from Pedro's Jabulani branch manager not Mr Delivery as they cared less about the concern of their customer.
