Cold food and poor service

I'm really not impressed with pedros chicken kempton park, I went there at first and ordered the chicken paella meal, the rice was so cold and hard to chew, I kindly asked the waitresses to warm the food for me and didn't make it an issue. I went back for the second time, I ordered the cheeseburger meal and a quarter leg, the waitress served me and asked if I need anything else and i asked for a tomato sauce and a hot sauce since they no longer leave them on the table(she left and never returned, i had to stand and ask for a tomatosauce from the next table), while she was away to fetch them I realized that my chicken was cold, I looked for another waitress and asked her to warm it up(again).
