Cold and unprofessional

I called an placed an order at pedros east rand mall i was advised its 15 to 25 minutes for delivery. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for my food to arive i called then and they told me my food is on the way when it arrived it was ice cold . Even the driver agreed it was cold . I sent the food back and spoke to the manager he told me that the driver has more then one order to deliver and they are not responsible . It takes 15 minutes from the eastrand mall to my house . And the manager kept going on about the time flame is an hour plus . Very unprofessional i dont understand how the establishment is run like this . Wish i could give them 0 stars
