Cmplaint

I placed an order at Pedros Malvern yesterday and they accepted the order I scheduled for a certain time delivery because it was supposed to be my family's super but to my surprise no one contacted me or anything, after it was about 30 minutes later I called in and they said the driver went out with my order they will call the driver and get back to me but 15 minutes later I called in again, and this time the lady just passed me to the manager who then told me my order has been cancelled and they will refund me but till today nothing. I've been the one who has been calling back in with my airtime but no one cares about how do I feel as a customer they tell me about a 5 to 7 days for me to get my refund how ridiculous is that I am seriously disgusted by this they've lost me and my family as customers.
