Christie and manager Lovemore pathetic service
On the 20th, I visited Petros Cosmo City and ordered my meal at exactly 19:24. I regularly order from this establishment, but on this particular day, my order took longer than usual, even though it wasn’t as busy as I’m used to. My order number was 886, and I noticed that orders placed after mine were prepared before me. It seemed like the store was prioritizing online orders.
At around 19:50, I asked Christel to check on my order. She showed no interest and didn’t bother to come closer to check my order number. From a distance, she asked me what my order number was, and then told me it wasn’t ready. At 19:55, I called her again, but she ignored me. When I kept calling her, she looked at me with annoyance. I asked how many orders were ahead of mine, but she remained silent. Eventually, I got frustrated and asked why it seemed like I was annoying her and why she wasn’t interested in helping me. She ignored me again and spoke to her colleagues. I could hear them talking about me. I told her she was at work and couldn’t behave that way, and she started arguing with me. Two of her colleagues told her to be quiet, but she kept going on.
I eventually asked for the manager. By then, a lovely staff member checked my slip and gave me my food. Had Christel checked when asked, the situation wouldn’t have escalated.
What a pathetic manager you have in your store! I shared my story and complaint, and instead of addressing it, I was told that the supervisor handles staff attitudes. But where was the supervisor? Am I expected to care about your in-house rules? The supervisor was busy with other clients—should I expect her to leave and attend to me while she is also serving customers? I specifically asked for the manager. After seeing that my complaint was falling on deaf ears with Lovemore, your manager, there was no apology or acknowledgment. I asked for his full name, but he flat-out refused to give it to me, only stating that his name was Lovemore. When I asked where I could file a complaint, he simply told me to go to the website.
