Chicken paella rip-off

I'm really not satisfied with my "chicken paella" order that was nothing close to chicken paella. The rice was mushy, it lacked seasoning, the only form of sauce in the dish was the mildly drizzled sauce that was only put on the chicken and the 1/4 chicken was ridiculously small I suspect it came from a chick and the presentation was not at all appetizing it seemed like a rushed job. I am utterly disappointed by their Umhlanga branch it seems like no effort is put into preparing the food. The "chicken paella" I got was an insult to Spain to say the least. I really do hope they address this with the utmost urgency because they really left a bad taste in my mouth.
