Chicken not grilled properly just boiled

I went to Pedros Kruis street and instore ordered the vivo full chicken meal lemon and herbs take away but instead I got boiled chicken dipped in source. We were so hungry but we lost our appetite instantly due to disgust.I always buy from Yeoville and the chicken is always grilled properly before the source is is added .I literally wanted to cry what a waste of money.Can you refund me back my money
