Charlse Smith Street Manager

My concern comes with the most worrying experience i have ever had and yet it worries me coming from black leadership, an entire manager disgracing his staff in front of customers whome he said to my face "mean nothing to him" after confronting him. He said he is bigger nothing than Pedros and in anything i do or say will not hinder or concern his position in the franchise. I hope that upper level management will take my point into account and address this matter because the experience was traumatic.
