Charged for food I didn't get

I ordered Pedro from Uber Eats . After the order did not arrive I called t fund out what is going on. I was told the driver is on the way. After 2 hours I was charged with no food delivered. I am absolutely furious that I am charged so much money for good I didn't receive. No help or refund has been received.

I will never use this App again and I urge everyone else not to. Disgusting really
