My wife and I bought food at Pedro's chicken jewel city on the 24th of September. The food cost R229 however we were billed R299. We went back to alert them of the error, and we spoke to Judith (the manager on the day). She promised that matter should be resolved within 7working days. Ten working days later, still no resolution.
