Burnt Oily Food

I purchased a pedros Full meal via the APP from Pedros overport.....where i always order my meals from.

Chicken was burnt and oily no sauce at all. Really disappointing with the service , i have photos as well. Being a loyal customer , you guys should not be serving food which is not edible to customers.
