Burnt Chicken!!

I ordered at Pedro's Kokstad yesterday, it was an online collection order. I collected my chicken but it was over cooked and they burnt it.. I had to throw away some of the pieces. I bought two full chiclens for a reason since I had my in-laws overnow imagine having to throw away some pieces because it was burned as if the person who was cooking it didn't care for a bit!! I'm really disappointed at Pedro's because I know this is not how they usually treat their customers... i hope something could be done to rectify this
